This scrubber quickly captures contaminants such as bacteria, allergens, mold and sub-micron sized dust with its powerful motor and advanced 4 stage filtration technology that includes activated carbon and HEPA filters. The 1st filter stage is a washable Nylon Mesh Filter which traps larger particles and prolongs the life of the succeeding filters. A 2nd stage high capacity Pleated Media Filter traps smaller particles and helps prevent cross-contamination. The 3rd stage is a two-pound Activated Carbon Filter which neutralizes even stubborn odors. The final 2 thick professional HEPA filter captures tiny particulate matter down to 0.3 sized microns as well as smaller and larger particulates at an even greater rate. A convenient indicator light notifies you when the filters need cleaning and/or replacement. 4-stage filtration air purifier system including activated carbon filter and 2 thick HEPA filters.
